My collection of images of scanned things I found on the street.

Yes, I know it's not cool to collect found photos after "Amelie" movie. But I just keep finding them! And I cannot let them lie on the street.

Occasionally, I find something else, like plastic cards, mobiles, wallets and so on. I try to return them to their owners, but first scan them for this collection, if I have enough time )).

As a matter of fact, I lose thing pretty often too. Which means that there's a global exchange of things going on in the world.

Today, 13-12-2009, it was a lucky day. I found a fancy bag full of stuff in a commuter train in the late evening. There were keys from the appartment, wallet with all kinds of plastic card, including ID and bank cards, few coins and a lot of cosmetics. But no modile number or e-mail address. Later I found out that the girl that it all lived just one station from where I went into the train. But at that moment I was far away already. So as soon as I got home I search for her name on the internet and luckely found her mobile right away. It was too late to call, so I sent an sms. She called me back half an hour after that and said that she could find her mobile as well and thought she lost it too. So tomorrow evening I'm meeting her to give her back all this stuff. I wonder if I would ever get anything back if I lost it..

I went out from the building where I work and saw a white plastic card on the street. When I bent down to pick it up I saw a wallet and a smashed mobile. The wallet contained all possible personal thing somebody could have: driving license, ID card, several bank cards, work access card and many more. No money however. I wonder if somebody took them out and throw the wallet away. Good thing was that there were also several business cards of the owner. His phone-number didn't work (apparently as I had his crashed mobile), so I wrote him an email. We met next day and I gave everything back to him. He was really happy and gave me 500 kronas (~50 euro) despite I didn't want to take them and told me that he forgot all these things on the roof of his car when he was leaving his work the day before. The very same evening I lost the money he gave me. I laughed really hard when I founf it out. October, 2009, Stockholm
